Delivery
After the sales agreement enters into force (i.e. after the Customer has paid the invoice), Treat Yourself will prepare the order and hand it over to the logistics partner(s) for delivery.
If you selected delivery via Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost, or Venipak parcel locker, your order will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–2 business days. Once the parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS with the parcel locker’s location, opening hours, and a personal door code. By entering the code on the locker’s touchscreen, the door will open and you can collect your parcel.
Holiday Delays – During peak periods, such as holidays, order processing and delivery times may be extended. In such cases, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days.
Products that are damaged during transport (excluding product packaging) will be replaced for the Customer. If replacement is not possible, the cost of the product will be refunded.
Treat Yourself is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time and the delay is due to circumstances beyond Treat Yourself’s control or unforeseeable events.
